B. TANK FITTINGS AND PIPING
1.Manholes		3nos, JIALONG brand 20inch manhole with Fill/emergency vents, pressure vacuum vents, overfill holes and vapour transfer vent hole, lockable.
2.Pressure Vacuum Vent		4nos, JIALONG brand, roll-over type incorporates with manhole.

4. Vapour Vent		3nos, sequential pneumatic control air vent JIALONG brand.
5.Emergency Valve		3nos, 3" JIALONG brand, or equivalent aluminum, pneumatic controlled emergency valve at all compartments. 3nos, 4" JIALONG brand, or equivalent aluminum, pneumatic controlled emergency valve at other compartments. Flange coupling to discharge pipe, viton seal stainless trim. Slash shield vortex breaker over each foot valve. Can be manually opened if necessary.
6.Piping		4" alum discharge pipe to the left hand side of trailer with minimum number of bends. Piping to be hydro-statically tested. All piping bends from formed pipe no prefabricated bends. The piping slope toward front at angle of 2°(minimum 1.5°)

8.Loading Discharge Faucet		3nos, JIALONG brand or equivalent API adaptor c/w flange type sight glass dust cap on the kerb side at centre of tanker at 0°angle. The offset distance from centre to centre of API is 330mm. The APT adaptor to be seal with mechanical sealing system.
9. Accessories		3nos, rotary product indicator mounted on API adaptor. (8 sided indicator allows only one grade to be visible at a time).
